Pasta with chicken, bacon and mozzarella
Ingredients (for 2 persons)
- 350 grams fusilli pasta
- 400 grams chicken thigh strips
- 125 g lean bacon
- 150 g mozzarella balls
- 2 avocados
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 85 g lamb's lettuce
- 30 g pine nuts

This is the favorite recipe of top hockey player Felice Albers:
- Put a pan of water with oil and salt on to boil the pasta.
2. Fry the bacon and chicken in a pan. Cut the tomatoes into quarters, the avocado and mozzarella into cubes.
3. When the pasta is ready, add the chicken and bacon, mozzarella, avocado and lamb’s lettuce to the pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Finally, mix in the pine nuts.
