Take the recommended number of capsules below, based on your body weight, with plenty of water or an isotonic sports drink.
Recommended number of capsules = 0.3 * [body weight in kg] / 1.2
For example:
- For someone weighing 72 kg: 18 capsules
- For someone weighing 85 kg: 21 capsules
We recommend splitting the intake into three moments: 150, 120, and 90 minutes before your desired peak performance.
To reduce the risk of stomach and digestive discomfort, you may choose to take the capsules with a carbohydrate-rich meal or snack, such as a banana.
Everyone reacts slightly differently to sodium bicarbonate. Therefore, it’s important to test sodium bicarbonate during training first. This way, you can determine the best dosage and timing for yourself.

Take with plenty of water

Preferably take with a meal and divide over the day (2-3 capsules per meal)
