Vegan Peanutbutter Shake

Looking for a quick and plant-based recovery shake?
In this video, our chef Jesper shows you how to make his vegan peanut butter shake—creamy, nutritious, and packed with over 30g of protein per shake.

Tip: frozen banana = extra fresh and deliciously thick

1. Add plant-based milk or water to the blender.
2. Add peanut butter, oats, and banana.
3. Add Vegan Protein Blend Gold for extra protein.
4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
5. Pour and enjoy!
Ingredients
250 ml water or plant-based milk (e.g., soy or oat milk)
1 banana
20 g peanut butter (1 tablespoon)
30 g rolled oats
1 scoop (32 g) Vegan Protein Blend Gold
