Shipping & Delivery
At Virtuoos, we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered quickly and carefully. Below you can find all information about our shipping options, delivery times, and pickup possibilities.
Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium
For orders within the Netherlands, Virtuoos mainly works with PostNL.
- Orders over 89 euros are shipped free of charge.
- For orders under 89 euros, we charge 5.95 euros for shipping.
For most shipments, we use PostNL. In some cases or for certain countries, we use DHL.
Germany
- For orders to Germany, shipping is free for orders over 89 euros.
- For orders under this amount, we charge 8.95 euros for shipping.
Delivery Time
Orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 PM are usually delivered the next working day within the Netherlands. For Belgium, delivery usually takes two working days. Deliveries outside the Netherlands and Belgium may take longer.
Since PostNL does not deliver on Sundays, orders placed over the weekend may take slightly longer. We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please note that any delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control. Please also take into account possible delays during holidays, such as around Black Friday, Saint Nicholas (Sinterklaas), and Christmas.
Pickup at PostNL
You can have your order delivered to your home address, work address, or one of more than 2,000 PostNL pickup points in the Netherlands. If you have a PostNL account, you can choose your preferred pickup location via the PostNL app or website.
It is not possible to pick-up your order at Virtuoos.
Tracking
You can track your shipping via this Tracking-portal. Log in with your emailadres and order number.
Shipping costs
For international orders, the shipping costs are determined per country. See the table below.
At this moment, we do not ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.
