Get to know Felice

Felice started playing hockey at the age of five after her parents signed her up for an open day. “I loved it so much right from the start that I was instantly hooked on the game.” From a young age, Felice dreamed of playing for the Dutch national team, inspired by the matches she watched as a child. That dream came true when she made her debut for Oranje at the age of 19. Today, Felice has grown into one of the best hockey players in the world.

In 2022, she was named FIH Player of the Year, and she has claimed both the World Championship, the European Championship, and the Euro Hockey League title. Additionally, she won Olympic gold twice: first at the Tokyo 2020 Games and again at the Paris 2024 Games.

Felice has played for Hockeyclub Amsterdam since she was twelve, with whom she has won several titles, including the Europacup I in 2019 and the national championship in both 2019 and 2023.

When asked what she loves most about her sport, Felice answers: “The technique with the stick, the speed of the game, and the joy of playing with my teammates.”
