Overnight oats
Ingredients (for 6 persons)
- 2 medium Grated apples ( optional as more fibre)
- 10 g Cinnamon powder
- 8 g Apple cider vinegar
- 1 litre of unsweetened Oat milk or whole milk
(Your milk will make a big difference to taste etc. Some brands of vegetable milk make it taste bitter.)
- 300 g Fine Oats
- 250 g Rolled oats
- 10 g Cinnamon powder

Mix all well & leave in the fridge overnight covered.
Sever the next day. Enjoy!
