Choose how often you’d like to receive your product:

You can adjust your subscription at any time: pause it, have it shipped earlier, switch to another product or cancel it. You decide!

Already have a subscription? Easily add extra products or manage multiple subscriptions at once. Just tick ‘Add to an existing subscription?’ and select the subscription you want to add the product to.

Yes, you can pause your subscription, change products, bring your delivery forward or cancel at any time. Your Virtuoos Routine subscription is fully flexible. You can easily make changes yourself via your account.

Yes, with a Routine subscription you automatically receive 15% off all products in your deliveries.

The 15% structural subscription discount is applied to the base sales price and cannot be combined with temporary discounts, promotions, or coupon codes. Any temporary discounts, promotions, or coupon codes can, however, be applied to the first order.

Routine orders follow the same shipping terms as regular orders. You’ll receive free shipping on orders over €100 within The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For orders below that amount, standard shipping costs apply.

Absolutely. You can have multiple subscriptions running at the same time, each with their own interval (1 month, 6 weeks or 3 months). On the product page, simply tick ‘Add to an existing subscription?’ and select the subscription you’d like to add the product to.

When placing your first order, you choose how you want to pay: iDEAL or Bancontact. After that, you don’t have to do anything — we take care of the rest. Repeat orders are paid automatically via SEPA direct debit. By placing your first order, you authorize this direct debit. That way, we make things easy for you.

One week before your next delivery, you’ll receive an email confirming that your subscription will be renewed. You don’t need to take any action. We’ll also send you a confirmation once your order has been processed and is on its way.

You can choose a delivery frequency of every 4, 6, or 12 weeks — whatever suits you best.

If an automatic payment fails, we will try again within 12 hours. If the payment still doesn’t go through, the order will not be shipped. Your subscription will remain active, and the next order will be handled in the same way.

Your first order will be processed and shipped immediately. After that, your next deliveries will be sent automatically based on the interval you selected.
