Rice cakes
Ingredients (for 1 person)
300 grams marshmallows
300 grams crispy rice (e.g. Kellogg’s)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
60 ml agave syrup

Equipment:
- Rice cooker
- Spatula
- Resealable zip bag
Preparation method:
- Melt the coconut oil in your rice cooker.
- Add the agave syrup.
- Let the marshmallows dissolve in the coconut oil.
- Once everything is melted, stir in the crispy rice.
- Transfer the mixture into a zip bag and flatten it.
- Let it set in the fridge and cut into desired blocks.
Your rice cakes are ready to use! Wrap them in foil and take them with you on the go.
