Beetroot hummus
Ingredients (for 2 persons)
- 200g Cooked beetroot drained
- 450g Canned or jarred Chickpeas drained
- 120g Plain yoghurt
- 20g Fresh Lemon juice
- 8g Olive oil
- 10g Ground cumin
- 5g of Honey
- Pinch of salt

- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blitz with a hand mixer until all is combined well.
2. To make the mixture smoother, blitz longer or if you prefer a more clumpy texture
shorter.
